VR and AR Product Visualization Tools (2016 - 2017), Unity Engine

My work at Dreamline focused mainly on creating state of the art visualization tools to showcase hospitality products at expo events across the country. When I arrived at Dreamline I was the only team member with any programming / game engine experience, therefore I had to wear many hats; Engineer, Tech, Lighting, and Environment Artist.

 

HD Expo VR Experience

For this virtual experience I was asked to match the preexisting product renders at high fidelity. Matching the look was a challenge since the original assets had not been optimized for VR. I worked to bring the space alive with detail; fire particles, dynamic lighting and water fx, and small physics interaction.

 

AR App

Dreamline featured a library of hundreds of products, and one big challenge on the expo show floor is physical space. I built this tool as a way to showcase the full range of configurations - allowing users to see the products in 3D on the go.
